Why I built this
I built this because I needed it.
I spent years fostering and rescuing animals — the ones nobody wanted, the ones left behind. And I kept telling myself the same thing: when I have more time, when I have more money, when I have more freedom — then I’ll do more.
At some point I realized: the animals don’t wait. And the only way I was going to have the freedom to show up for them was to stop waiting to feel ready and start building something — even badly, even slowly, even on the days I didn’t feel like it.
Consistency turned out to be the one skill that made everything else possible. Not talent. Not a perfect plan. Just showing up, again and again, until it stopped feeling like a choice and started feeling like who I am.

What exactly is it — app, PDF, or course?
A web app that lives in your phone browser. No download required. Each day unlocks when you’re ready for it. You read the day’s content (5–10 minutes), do the action, mark it complete. That’s it.
What if I miss a day?
Then you missed a day. The app doesn’t punish you — Day 19 is literally called “Messy Beats Missing.” Real consistency includes gaps. You pick up where you left off.
Is this about Instagram specifically?
